Enter the cloud service-log in to the vivo account-and you can view the backed-up data and restore it. The method of restoring and saving data to the mobile phone is as follows:

1. Restore application: log in to Cloud Service-Application under Data Backup-Restore, and select the software you backed up to restore;

2. Restore SMS, call records and system data: log in to the cloud service-SMS, call records and system data under data backup-just use the model to restore before clicking;

3. How to save the backup photos and videos to the mobile phone: click the photos or videos to be saved to the mobile phone-click the screen to display the download option, and click Download to view them in File Management-Cloud Service-Download.
