Why can't the mobile phone receive some SMS messages from the system?

This should be set in the settings. Please check the SMS settings or address book settings, provided that no third-party interception software is installed.

Reasons and solutions for not sending short messages;

1. SMS center number is not set correctly. You can find the number setting of SMS center in SMS settings. When setting the center number, you can consult the customer service of the local telephone operator.

2. If there is no signal or the battery of the mobile phone is low, switch to a place with good signal and replace the battery;

3. The system is busy during the peak period of holiday SMS sending, so it is suggested to try again later or avoid the peak period of sending;

4. The sending format is incorrect. If you send a short message to PHS users, you need to add the area code before the number;

5. The mobile phone shields the short message sending function;

6. Blacklisted by SMS;

7. If the balance of the number is insufficient, it can be solved through payment;

8. SMS inbox and outbox are full. Clean up the mailbox.
