How does Taobao return the refund application?

Taobao is the shopping software we often use. Sometimes what we buy is not suitable, so we need to return it. So how do we apply for a return? The steps are as follows:

First, open the mobile phone Taobao APP and log in. After logging in, click on my Taobao;

2. After clicking on my Taobao, click to receive goods under my order;

3. Click Receiving, and the page will display all the received goods, and select the goods to be returned. After selection, the page will pop up the detailed information of the goods and click Refund;

4. Click Refund, and then click Return to make a refund. If the goods are not received but only refunded, select "Refund Only" above;

5. Click "Return for Refund" and select the reason for the refund. Reasons for refund include inappropriate size, dislike, poor quality, etc. Generally, communicate with the merchants first and choose a suitable reason.

6. After selecting the refund reason, click Submit at the bottom of the page, and finally we will wait for approval.
