Why does the SMS only inform you of the letters on the screen without displaying details when OppoR9s plus locks the screen?

SMS only informs you that there is a letter, and does not show details. This can be done by setting.

1, open the phone settings, and slide down to find the Info option.

2. Click to enter the information settings and find the "Advanced" option.

3. Open the advanced settings and open the "information pop-up" function.

4. Go back to the phone settings interface and find "Notification and Status Bar".

5. Click to enter and find "Management Notice".

6. Click on the management notice to enter and find the "Information" option.

7. Click on the information to enter the detailed settings, and make sure that the option of "Lock screen notification to hide details" is turned off.

8. After the phone is set up, you can see the details in the short message when the phone is locked.
