Iphone information cannot be logged in.

Apple phones can't log in to icloud account for the following reasons:

1, local network failure

Reconnect to the network, or connect in other network forms.

2, iCloud account fault diagnosis

When using an iOS device, there is no option to create an iCloud account.

Please make sure that your device is currently running iOS5 or later. If not, please install it on the device and try to create the iCloud account again.

3. When I set up an iCloud account on my iPhone, iPad or iPod touch, when I tried to log in with my Apple ID, I received an "authentication failed" message.

Go to My Apple ID (appleid.apple.com/cn), click Manage Your Apple ID, and then try to sign in with your Apple ID. If you can't log in, please follow the steps provided above to restore the password settings of your Apple ID account.

4. When trying to log in to iCloud from iPhone, iPad or iPod touch, I received the error "This Apple ID is not supported".

Depending on how you created your Apple ID, you may not be able to create an iCloud account with your current Apple ID. If your Apple ID can be used with itunes Store, App Store, Game Center, FaceTime or other Apple services, it should also be used with iCloud.

In addition, if you created an Apple ID when applying for a job in apple.com/jobs/cn,, it should be available for iCloud. If your Apple ID doesn't work with any Apple service, it may not be compatible with iCloud. Please contact iCloud Support for assistance.

5. It is normal to turn on the backup and turn off the backup.

Just turn off iCloud cloud backup in Settings -icloud- Backup!
