Which is reliable, Vipshop or Taobao?

Personally, I think Taobao is more reliable than Vipshop, because Taobao has a better mechanism in all aspects and is relatively friendly to buyers, and Vipshop always hears that it will pit buyers or there will be some freight disputes.

We know that Vipshop and Taobao are both e-commerce platforms. The difference between them lies in different customer groups and different sales mechanisms. For example, Taobao is the largest C2C platform in China, which can be understood as a sales model in which individual sellers directly face individual buyers. Generally speaking, anyone can buy and sell, and Vipshop will learn from the advertisement that it is a website specializing in sale.

Taobao is so powerful that no platform can directly compete with Taobao. As long as you want to buy, there are basically no products on Taobao that you can't buy. Moreover, Taobao was developed more than ten years ago, and Vipshop only came out a few years ago. Moreover, in terms of the number of users, Vipshop will never compare with Taobao.

In addition, I personally feel that Vipshop will go to extremes now, and everything wants to be sold at the cheapest price, but at the same time, quality and service are often not considered, resulting in constant complaints. In the long run, the reputation will get worse and worse.
