What should I do if I forget the user name of State Grid?

Since 2065438+June 29th, 2005, the State Grid has implemented a new operation process for retrieving user names and passwords of e-commerce platforms, with specific adjustments as follows:

1. Users need to fill in the Application Form for Retrieval of User Name and Password of State Grid Corporation's E-commerce Platform (see the figure below), provide the registered contact person and contact information (mobile phone) of the e-commerce platform, affix the official seal, scan it into a PDF file, and send it to :82288888@sgm.sgcc.com.cn, the mailbox of the supplier service center of State Grid Corporation, together with the original color PDF scanning file of the three certificates (business license, tax registration certificate and organization code certificate). After the supplier service center has passed the examination, the login user name and reset password will be sent to the mobile phone of the registered contact of the user by SMS within 2 working days;

2. If the user can't provide the correct registered contact person and contact information (mobile phone) of the e-commerce platform, he/she must apply to the supplier service center of State Grid Corporation for password retrieval with relevant original materials. After the information is reviewed by the management personnel, the login user name and password will be fed back within 2 working days. Users must update their registered contact information after logging in. The original materials include:

1, enterprise business license

2. Organization code certificate

3. Tax registration certificate

(Original or photocopy of the above three items can be used)

4. Application letter for retrieving user name and password of e-commerce platform of State Grid Corporation of China (with official seal)
