If your certificate has expired or will expire soon, it is suggested that you can update it through ABC's pocket bank, manual counter, super counter, mobile marketing PAD and other channels.

Zhang Yin self-service update:

1, the validity period of the certificate has not expired, and it is within 90 days (including 90 days) before the expiration; If it has expired or the validity period is empty, but it is still within the grace period, please click My → Avatar → Customer Information, select the "camera" icon after the ID number, upload the ID photo according to the page prompts, pull it to the bottom of the page after face authentication, and click OK to update it.

2. If the validity period of the certificate has passed and the grace period has passed, when logging in to the bank, jump to the special update page for validity period to update. After the update is completed, you can log in normally and use the functions of the bank.

The face authentication time is 7:30- 19:30. If you can't self-update, please bring your valid ID card to any outlet of our bank to update. If I can't go to the branch for the time being, the agent can also bring both ID cards to any branch of our bank to act as an agent.

If you can't update it temporarily, you can apply to join the white list through the ABC customer service hotline or the outlet counter. We will provide you with a 90-day buffer period, starting from the date of joining the white list, during which your normal transactions at the counter and self-service channels will not be affected.

Tips:

Zhang Yin's self-service update only supports customers who accept resident ID cards, and customers with other certificates do not support self-service update.
