The mobile phone is empty and can't receive information.

If you need to know the number status, you can log in to the mobile phone business hall APP and click My-My Basic Information. You can find the current status of the number in the number information.

If you don't receive the SMS or verification code, the following situations may exist:

1, check whether the mailbox is full. If it is full, please delete some information;

2. If you still can't get it after deleting it, I suggest you change the machine or card to see if it is caused by hardware;

3. Check whether it is intercepted by mobile phone interception software;

4. Check whether the cell phone signal is normal and try to test whether it can be received in other places.
