How long can unread messages be kept?

Local cache: Make sure that the chat records cached locally do not expire. If the client (computer version, mobile version) is not deleted, the local chat record will always exist.

Cloud backup: Nail chat messages support cloud backup. After an account is logged in on any device (including uninstalling, reinstalling and changing the mobile phone), the recent chat records of cloud backup will be automatically synchronized, and the historical chat records within 360 days can be obtained by pulling down and refreshing on the chat page.
