Filling process

Click "Online volunteering" on the left. If they forget their password or find that they can't log in normally, they can apply to the school to restore their initial password. Login in time to modify the initial password, and remember the modified password. This password will be used as the login password for the official webcast.

During the official online reporting period from 8:00 on May 5 to 20:00 on May 9, if the candidate forgets his password or finds that he can't log in normally, the candidate will submit a written application to the District Admissions Office with his ID card and registration number, restore the initial password, and log in and modify it in time.

1. Candidates should take good care of their passwords, do not provide their registration numbers and passwords to anyone else, and be responsible for the volunteers they fill in. Candidates shall bear the consequences of errors or omissions in volunteer information due to improper password setting, improper password keeping or disclosure, failure to operate according to online reporting procedures and requirements, or asking others to fill in or change it on their behalf.

2. Before the deadline for online reporting, candidates can fill in or modify their volunteers online, and the last saved volunteer information shall prevail for many revisions. After the deadline, they can't fill in or modify their volunteers.

3. The online newspaper system will record in detail the time, frequency, modification content and IP address of candidates logging into the online newspaper system.

4. Candidates need to log in again after operating for more than 30 minutes. When you leave the computer, you must log out of the system in the normal way. Candidates must log in for more than 5 minutes.

5. Candidates should fill in the form online as soon as possible after their voluntary choice is confirmed. Don't wait until the voluntary deadline to rush to fill in the report online, so as not to affect the normal filing.

6. In order to ensure that the candidates' volunteering is true and accurate and free from external interference, the online registration system will record in detail the time, times, modification contents and IP address of the candidates every time they log in to the online newspaper system for reference. If candidates are disturbed by the outside world and cannot fill in their volunteers normally, they can appeal to the city. The specific steps of the appeal are as follows:

(1) Candidates should write a written application stating the reasons, factual basis, revised contents and contact information of the application, which should be signed by candidates and parents.

(2) Candidates and their parents hold their ID cards to register with the Municipal Admissions Office, and the Municipal Admissions Office will send a special person to receive them.

(3) Check the original volunteer library and track library by special personnel, verify them one by one, and the supervision department will investigate.

(4) If the investigation is true, offenders will be dealt with according to relevant regulations. At the same time, after summarizing and verifying all the applications, report them to the leading group of "Net Newspaper", and the leading group of "Net Newspaper" will make a ruling.
