Legal conditions for obtaining a marriage certificate: both parties are voluntary, have no spouse, male is 22 years old, female is 20 years old, are not lineal relatives, have collateral blood relatives within three generations, and have no diseases that are medically considered unsuitable for marriage.

China Marriage Law advocates freedom of marriage. It stands to reason that everyone has the right to get married. Actually, it is not. According to the laws and regulations of our country, at least the following people are not qualified to get married:
