Different banks have different names for financial managers, such as personal business consultants. Its service responsibilities are as follows:

1. Identify sales opportunities and provide and sell financial products.

(1) Analyze customer information, communicate with customers regularly, actively explore the actual needs of customers, and provide appropriate financial products; Accept the customer recommendation from the lobby manager or teller, and recommend, explain and provide financial products for customers.

(2) Make a customer follow-up plan, and establish, maintain and deepen the relationship with customers. Follow up with customers by phone, SMS, etc. Understand the customer's future needs during off-peak hours or according to the customer's appointment time, record and update the customer demand evaluation form.

(3) Record daily sales, customers recommended by lobby managers and tellers and follow-up plans, collect customers' opinions and suggestions on wealth management products, and report to the outlet manager.

(4) Find potential VIP customers and recommend them to the appropriate account manager.

(5) Assist the store manager to formulate and implement the marketing plan.

2. Accept customers' low-counter business needs and provide counter operation services.

(1) Prepare marketing materials, important items and vouchers needed for business before business; Take good care of the materials needed for business, and handle the allocation procedures with the teller supervisor in time if there is any shortage or overrun; At the end of business, ensure that the accounts of important projects are consistent with the actual situation and meet the quota standards, check the vouchers with the accounting flow, and handle the handover procedures with the teller supervisor.

(2) Deal with low-counter transactions accurately and efficiently, answer customers' inquiries about service operation, follow up the follow-up services that customers can't complete on site, and guide the businesses that can't be handled in this position to the appropriate areas for handling.

(3) If the customer's dissatisfaction or complaint can't be effectively solved, hand it over to the lobby manager in time and accept the customer complaint follow-up service handed over by the lobby manager.

(4) Handle business in strict accordance with the internal control system and operating procedures, and report large or suspicious transactions found in handling business to the teller supervisor in time; Review the business of other personal business consultants (financial managers) and authorize them when necessary.

(5) The teller leaves his post, gets the important items that he keeps and uses properly, and exits the terminal interface; Do a good job of handover with other tellers during rest or rotation, and modify the teller password in time as required.

(6) Follow the professional code, be honest and trustworthy, put an end to cheating and keep secrets for customers.

3. Serve as the backup lobby manager or the second lobby manager.

(1) Take over the role of the lobby manager when he is not on duty.

(2) When the lobby is busy, accept the instruction of the outlet manager and become the second lobby manager, or take the initiative to become the second lobby manager when no customers are waiting for this position.
