If you registered for instant messaging, there may be several reasons why you didn't receive the message:

1. At present, banks do not actively send short messages with transaction amount below 300 yuan (inclusive). You can receive SMS after reducing the limit of instant messaging through the counter, mobile banking, personal online banking and 95568.

2. System batch trading. In order to avoid disturbing your rest, SMS messages for bulk transactions in our system will not be sent from 2 1:00 to 8:30 the next day, and will be sent after 8:30.

3. When the debit card is in consumption abroad, the funds are divided into two stages: freezing and liquidation. No instant messaging is sent when the funds are frozen, and SMS notification is sent when the principal and handling fee are merged during liquidation.

4. SMS may be intercepted by mobile phone software.

5. The short message channel of a telecom operator was congested, and it was not sent in time.

6. The cell phone signal is bad or faulty.

7. Mobile phone memory or SMS space is full.

To eliminate the above reasons, you can call the customer service center and switch to manual feedback.
