Is YINGYING ZHANG really dead?

On the 12th local time (July 13th Beijing time), the U.S. federal prosecutor's office issued a notice saying that, based on all kinds of evidence, YINGYING ZHANG was believed to have died.

On July 12th, local time in the United States (July 13th, Beijing time), the federal grand jury decided to formally prosecute the suspect in the YINGYING ZHANG case, and the preliminary hearing scheduled for July 14th was cancelled. The announcement issued by the federal prosecutor's office pointed out that the suspect will continue to be detained while awaiting trial. If convicted, the maximum penalty is life imprisonment. In this document, the prosecution still believes that YINGYING ZHANG is dead. However, YINGYING ZHANG's family still did not give up hope, and begged all circles to help find Yingying as soon as possible.

Thomas Bruno, Christensen's lawyer, declined to comment on the case in depth, but said that if the grand jury is found guilty of public prosecution, the suspect will be sentenced to life imprisonment.

The indictment also states that at 13: 39 on June 9, YINGYING ZHANG sent a text message from her mobile phone to a manager of an apartment building in Urbana. In the message, Zhang said that she would meet the apartment manager and sign the lease later, and she was expected to arrive at 14: 1. At 14: 38 pm, the apartment manager sent a short message to Zhang, but received no response. At 21: 24 on June 9, an associate professor of the University of Illinois reported YINGYING ZHANG's disappearance to the university police, saying that several colleagues tried to contact YINGYING ZHANG by phone, but they didn't get a response.

The FBI, Illinois Police and Illinois Police are still investigating the case.

The suspect must be severely punished, and at the same time, don't give up looking for YINGYING ZHANG. You can't jump to conclusions about life or death until you find YINGYING ZHANG.
