Can China Unicom send short messages online?

After the computer downloads and installs Fetion, register one with Unicom number that can send short messages:

1 After opening Fetion, click "Free Registration" in the lower right corner;

2 will come out the registration page, fill in according to the prompt, and click the random code;

After receiving the random code, the mobile phone inputs it, and then clicks "Agree to the agreement and register for free" to complete the registration. Return to Fetion, log in to your account and send a message to Fetion's friends.

Charge standard: send a short message 10 cent, the same as mobile phone.
