Why does the font color of Apple's mobile phone turn purple?

That's because of your settings. If you set it as a color font, you can modify it.

1. Check whether the sleep time/stop time function for healthy use of mobile phone is turned on: Settings > Healthy use of mobile phone > Sleep time/disable time. When this setting is turned on, the screen will turn black and white when the phone reaches the set sleep time.

2. Check whether e-book mode is turned on:

6. Enter the developer option and check whether the analog color space switch is turned on. You can do the following:

Enter the settings, search and click on the simulated color space, and select the status of the simulated color space as disabled (closed).
