You can activate endowment insurance according to the following steps:

1. Log in to official website, Henan Provincial People's Social Welfare Department.

2. Find "Online Service" at the top of the page and click it, then select "Personal Service" from the drop-down options that pop up.

3. Find the column of "Employee Social Security" below, and click the link of "endowment insurance payment inquiry".

4. After entering information such as ID number, name, mobile phone number and verification code, click "Get Verification Code" and wait for the verification code message to be sent.

5. After receiving the verification code, enter the correct verification code, then log in to the page and select "Personal Payment Record Query".

6. Then find the "Application Payment Record" on the query result page and click the "View" button.

7. You need to select "Online Application" and fill in a complete application form. The application form involves personal information such as name, gender, contact information, social security number, contact address, etc., and needs to be filled in carefully.

8. After the submission is completed, wait for the approval result of Henan Social Security Center, and generally complete the review within 2-3 working days.
