With the joint efforts and cooperation of all citizens, the effectiveness of epidemic prevention and control measures in the city has initially appeared, but there are still social communication risks in some areas. In order to resolutely block the virus transmission chain, we will strive to achieve the goal of zero social coverage within one week in accordance with the requirements of national and provincial epidemic prevention and control work. Based on the research decision of the Municipal Epidemic Prevention and Control Headquarters, the city will continue to further promote the zero coverage action of society and implement social control measures in different regions and levels. The relevant matters are hereby notified as follows.

1. Sichuan Tianfu New District, Chengdu East New District, Chengdu High-tech Zone, Jinjiang District, Qingyang District, jinniu district, Wuhou District, chenghua district, Longquanyi District, Xindu District, Wenjiang District, Shuangliu District, Pidu District, jianyang city, Jintang County and Pujiang County have implemented the following prevention and control measures.

High-risk areas are subject to closed control, and "staying at home and providing on-site service" is strictly implemented, while medium-risk areas are subject to control, and "people don't leave the area, but take things at the wrong peak" is strictly implemented.

(3) In principle, residents outside the high school danger zone in the region should stay at home, and non-residents of this community are not allowed to enter. In rural areas, the entry and exit of personnel are strictly controlled, and outsiders must report. Don't meet, gather or stay in the community. Every two days, each household can arrange 1 person to go out alone under the premise of self-protection 1 time to buy daily necessities, and the time should be controlled within 2 hours. Residents who have to go out because of special needs such as medical treatment can enter and leave the community with the consent of their community.

(four) citizens who undertake the tasks of urban basic operation security, medical security, epidemic prevention, etc., shall enter and leave the community within 24 hours with an electronic pass, a work permit or a unit certificate, and a negative nucleic acid test certificate.

(5) Except for public service enterprises such as water, electricity, fuel oil, gas, communication, sanitation, grain, oil, meat and vegetables supply, and industrial enterprises with closed-loop production conditions and undertaking important production tasks, other enterprises continue to work at home. Except for lifestyle supermarkets (including farmers' markets), pharmacies, medical institutions, fresh express delivery, e-commerce distribution and catering enterprises (no catering), other business premises and stores continue to suspend business. Control the number of employees on duty. Employees must have a negative certificate of nucleic acid test within 24 hours, and do a good job of health monitoring.

(six) citizens must hold a negative certificate of nucleic acid test within 24 hours when they enter and leave various public places and take public transport. Bus and subway operations will maintain the current frequency, and taxis and bicycles will cruise normally. Except for special vehicles that perform emergency tasks such as ambulance, fire fighting, public security and emergency rescue. Other vehicles engaged in ensuring supply, people's livelihood, epidemic prevention and emergency transportation are allowed to pass by the Temporary Pass for Emergency Transport Vehicles for Epidemic Prevention and Control in Chengdu, and other vehicles are prohibited from passing on the road.
