In addition, according to Article 100 of the Law on Public Security Administration Punishment, anyone who spreads rumors, falsely reports danger, epidemic situation, police situation or intentionally disturbs public order by other means shall be detained for more than 5 days 10 days and fined for less than 500 yuan; If the circumstances are minor, they shall be detained for less than 5 days or fined for less than 500 yuan. In addition to those who deliberately publish disinformation information, many people will forward this information through SMS, kindly reminding friends and colleagues that these people may not be malicious subjectively, so they can generally be punished in law, but if they reach certain social harm, they will be punished accordingly.
