Mercury router can't access the Internet.

Solution of Mercury router's inability to access the Internet.

First, the local connection of the computer is set to a fixed IP address.

1. Right-click the connection icon in the lower right corner of the computer, and then click Open Network and Enjoy Center.

2. Click Wireless Network Connection or Local Area Connection, and then click Properties.

3. Double-click protocol version 4, select Automatically obtain IP address and automatically obtain DNS server address, and then click OK.

Second, the wireless router connection settings are incorrect.

1. The broadband network cable is connected to the WAN port of the router, and the computer is connected to the wireless router through the wireless network card.

2. The computer opens the browser, enters the address of the router, and then presses Enter.

3. Enter the administrator password, and then press OK.

4. Click the Setup Wizard, click Next, select the Internet access mode of PPPoE(ADSL Virtual Dialing), click Next, enter the broadband Internet access account and password, and click Next.

5. Enter the SSID name, click WPA-PSK/WPA2=PSK, set the PSK password, and then click Next.

6. Click Save after the router is set up, and then restart the router.

Third, the broadband Internet account and password entered by the router are wrong.

Call the broadband company, check whether there is any problem with the service provider's terminal, and check the broadband Internet account and password. Service providers can verify the correctness by sending short messages.
