If necessary, after the loan is paid off, the lending institution will notify the buyer to handle the mortgage formalities by phone or SMS, and mail the Application Form for Motor Vehicle Mortgage Registration/Pledge Filing, Loan Settlement Certificate and Power of Attorney.
