Finally, there is a quality interview, which seems to have eliminated many people. Usually, this is just a 30-second self-introduction. Remember that those who have a high level of foreign language must say it when introducing themselves, which will add points. But the judges may sometimes ask questions to see your ability to deal with emergencies.

You can go home after the quality interview, and then Xiamen Airlines will send you a text message within a week to tell you whether you have passed the initial test. Those who pass the initial test will participate in the next retest of Xiamen head office.

The first morning of the second interview is a background check. At that time, the security office will issue a background check book for you to fill in the information. It is recommended to prepare the specific address and postal code of your junior high school, high school, university, police station, neighborhood Committee and parents' work unit in advance, otherwise it will be urgent. The next morning is the second interview of company leaders. Similarly, a group of 10 people, then stand in the middle with a microphone for 30 seconds to introduce themselves, and then lead the way to ask questions. After the second interview, it was a physical examination, which was very strict and brushed a lot. The operation has scars and smells. The vision test is C-shaped, with eight directions. Girls require a visual acuity of 0.5, which is difficult to distinguish. Then the ear, nose and throat are stuck, and there may be rhinitis, otitis media and pharyngitis for your review.
