Hengshui Lake International Marathon is an international marathon event approved by the State Sports General Administration, and will be held every September after 20 12. Hengshui Lake International Marathon is held on Hengshui Lake every September. The starting point, the finishing point and the main track are all selected in the beautiful Hengshui Lake.

Hengshui has gathered many high-level players at home and abroad. Hengshui Lake Wetland is a typical and scarce national important wetland and the largest freshwater lake in northern China. It has many reputations such as "the most beautiful wetland in Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei", "the first lake in southern Beijing" and "the green pearl of North China".

20 12 On April 7th, in order to welcome the first international marathon of Hengshui Lake, Hengshui Municipal Committee of the Communist Youth League, Hengshui Sports Bureau, Taocheng District Committee and District Government jointly hosted the Green Cup Half Marathon, and nearly 300 marathon enthusiasts from all walks of life competed in Hengshui Lake Wetland.

Registration method of Hengshui Marathon:

(1) Age requirements:

1, the age limit for marathon events is 20 to 65 years old (1995 to1born in 950).

2. The age limit for half marathon is 16 to 65 years old (1999 to 1950).

3. The age limit of mini marathon is 13 years old or above (those born in 2002 must be accompanied by a guardian).

(2) Health requirements:

Marathon is a high-intensity, long-distance competitive sport, and it is also a high-risk competitive event, which requires high physical conditions for the participants. Participants should be healthy and take part in running exercise or training for a long time. Participants can choose projects according to their physical condition and ability.

(3) the scale of competition:

1, marathon: 3,500 people.

2. Half marathon: 1500 people.

3. Mini Marathon: 10000 people.
