1. Remember the correct password and register a personal bank account: you can log in to the bank account, click Home → My Account → Select the debit card to unlock → Password Unlock, enter the correct account password and successfully unlock it by face recognition;

2. The registered debit card with locked password has not been added to Zhang Yin: You can log in to Zhang Yin, click Home → My Account → Debit Card → Add this account, and click Unlock Now to jump to the password unlocking process.

3. Unregistered personal bank account: After upgrading, you can self-register your bank account card and handle the password unlocking business.

Tips:

1. If the online unlocking function cannot be used on the same day after the password verification fails for three times, you can wait for 24 hours and unlock it again through the bank-holding channel.

2. If you forget the password of the debit card or fail to unlock it in the pocket bank, please ask the cardholder to report the loss and reset the password at any branch of our bank (excluding Hong Kong and Macao) with his valid ID and bank card.
