How to open mobile full-time communication?

(1) Log in to the online business hall immediately-handle and set up full-time communication under business handling.

(2) Please use your mobile phone to send a message "wap" to 186, and you will get a reply message. Please click the address provided in the message to enter the handheld business hall. Please enter the new business processing module in the handheld business hall for full-time access.
