Hello, the message bell rang, but I didn't get the message. There are three possibilities:

1. It may be that other mobile phone software received the message, and the prompt tone is the same as the SMS tone. Just check the open software.

2. Maybe the short message was intercepted by security software and treated as spam. Check the housekeeper software.

3. Maybe the information is full. Mobile phone information is stored on SIM card by default, and the capacity of the card is limited. If it is full, it must be deleted before receiving new information.
