2. Give material rewards. When completing an important project, you can invite team members out for dinner, entertain everyone, or prepare a small gift for each member. You can also set a certain project bonus when completing a larger project. I also want to remind you that the project bonus should be paid in time. If it is delayed until the end of the year together with the year-end bonus, the role of this incentive will be greatly reduced.

3. Public recognition. Including various selection activities, such as: best employee, best sales, best team, etc. And long-term service awards for employees who have worked in the company for a long time. Now many enterprises will set up five-year long-term service awards and ten-year long-term service awards, and issue trophies to thank these employees who have struggled with the company for many years.
