Why does the lock screen page of Samsung c5 mobile phone always display unread short messages?

If the number is displayed on the SMS icon and cannot be cancelled, please solve it as follows:

1. Turn off reservationless activities in the developer options, and turn off reservationless activities in the application-settings-developer options.

2. It may be caused by information data error. Click Application-Settings-Application Manager-All-Information-Clear Data.

3. Please update the mobile phone software to the latest version, and apply-Settings-System Update (pay attention to backing up important mobile phone data).

4. If not, please back up the phone data and restore the phone factory settings (Settings-Reset-Restore Factory Settings).

If the problem still exists, please take the purchase invoice, maintenance card and machine to Samsung Service Center for inspection.
