The balance of ABC card is zero.

If the credit balance of debit card account of Agricultural Bank of China (including the balance of main account and sub-account) is 0 (the savings sub-account in the specified period, and the account with agency business is not transferred to the sleep account), and the card has not received or paid transactions (excluding system interest) for more than 18 months (inclusive), it will be transferred to the sleep account. For debit cards transferred to sleep account management, if they have not been traded for more than five years (inclusive) and the deposit amount is below 10 yuan (inclusive), the Head Office will uniformly cancel the account.
