Oppo cloud service understands why messages other than mobile phones are locked.

OPPO provides a unique location service, but this requires you to bind the OPPO account on your mobile phone before and turn on the function of retrieving your mobile phone. Then you can visit the OPPO cloud service website through the computer, log in to the OPPO account to locate and lock your mobile phone, and help you find your mobile phone to the greatest extent.

To retrieve a mobile phone, three conditions must be met:

1. If you lose your mobile phone, you must turn on the mobile phone search function and log in to the OPPO account;

2. The lost mobile phone is turned on;

3. The lost mobile phone is in the state of data network or wireless network.

Note: the highest accuracy of retrieving the mobile phone can be located at about 20 meters.

Open the path to find mobile phone: go to settings > cloud service > find mobile phone. Find your device.

If you turned on the Find Mobile Phone switch before, you can try to retrieve your device by doing the following:

1. Open the OPPO cloud service official website on your mobile phone or computer, log in to your mobile phone account, and click "Find mobile phone" to enter the search page;

2. If the email/emergency contact has been bound by opening "Find Mobile Phone" before, you need to verify the bound email/emergency contact after entering the search page and enter the corresponding verification code;

3. After entering the search page, the system will start to try to locate your device;

4. After successful positioning, click the device name at the top of the map to perform operations such as "play sound", "lock the phone" and "erase data".

Play sound

If you accidentally forget where the mobile phone is, no matter where it is hidden in the room or in another room, you can find it by playing the sound.

Click "Play Sound" and your mobile phone will play a beep at the maximum sound.

The ringtone will stop automatically after two minutes, or by pressing the volume button or unlocking the phone.

Lock the phone

With the "Lock Phone" function, you can set a new and complicated screen lock password for your phone, which will take effect immediately to prevent others from accessing your phone without consent and protect personal information.

After "locking the mobile phone", your mobile phone will be locked and marked as a lost device, and "kind people, this mobile phone is very important to me. I hope you can return it to me. Thank you very much for your trouble!" Tips and your contact information. The phone needs to verify the new screen lock password you set before it can be unlocked for normal use.

Erase data

Click "Erase Data" and all the contents of the mobile phone will be erased. After being erased, the device will no longer be able to locate, ring, lock or erase through Find Phone. However, when the device is reactivated, you still need to verify your account password before you can activate it.

If your mobile phone is not turned on before it is lost, or it cannot be located and locked, it is recommended to call the police in time and call the operator to report the loss of the mobile phone number, and modify social passwords such as WeChat QQ to prevent others from using the mobile phone number to defraud relatives and friends.
