In order to coordinate epidemic prevention and control and economic and social development, and carry out production and business activities in an orderly manner, the relevant matters are hereby announced as follows:

1. Scenic spots, hotels, restaurants, cultural centers, libraries, and indoor sports venues have implemented the "temperature measurement, wearing masks, and code scanning" entry system for personnel, and implemented preventive and control measures such as indoor ventilation, disinfection of environmental items, and non-gathering of people in an orderly manner. To operate safely, relevant competent authorities and regulatory authorities shall provide epidemic prevention guidance and inspections; Internet cafes, chess and card rooms, bathhouses, bars, KTVs, theaters and other places will temporarily suspend operations.

2. In accordance with the principle of "whoever sponsors it, who is responsible", meetings and activities with more than 50 people must be reported to the epidemic prevention and control headquarters in the jurisdiction for approval. Supermarkets, enterprises, stores and other production and operation units organize exhibitions and promotions. Activities must strictly limit the number of people and strictly implement prevention and control measures such as temperature measurement, wearing masks, scanning QR codes, and one-meter noodles.

3. The general public is requested to take personal protection, wear masks correctly, wash hands frequently, use public chopsticks, do not gather in groups, and actively cooperate with temperature measurement, code scanning, nucleic acid testing, vaccination and other preventive measures.
