Received a short message cancellation notice from the bank

Hello, I received a 95568 message that didn't belong to me:

1. Please check the contents of the email first. If it is an account change message, please recall whether you have applied for a debit card in our bank according to the last four digits of the card number in the message, such as the salary card and loan repayment card handled by the company.
