The official account of WeChat was frozen. How to unseal it?

First, open our computer, search the public platform of official website and WeChat in the computer browser, then enter the account number and password, and click Login.

Entering the interface, we can see that our account has been frozen and unfrozen. We need to verify the identity of the subject first, scan the QR code with real name WeChat, and click OK.

After confirmation, the page will prompt you to turn on account protection, and then click the Start button at the bottom of the page to verify.

After entering the page, select the verification method. You can select the mobile phone number registered at the time of registration for verification. If your mobile phone number has been deactivated, we can verify it by clicking on the ID number. After selecting, click Next.

Enter the page, start to fill in the real name and ID number used when registering the account, and click Next after confirming that it is filled in correctly.

Then several people will go to the new page, and then fill in the ID name, ID number and mobile phone number, and then fill in the SMS verification code received by the mobile phone number. After scanning the code again for mobile phone verification, click Submit.
