Government procurement information refers to government procurement project information such as tender announcement, prequalification announcement, single-source procurement announcement, bid-winning (transaction) result announcement and government procurement contract announcement that should be made public according to relevant laws and regulations on government procurement, as well as government procurement supervision information such as complaint handling results, supervision and inspection handling results and assessment results of centralized procurement institutions.

? The release of government procurement information should follow the principles of unified format, relatively centralized channels and easy access. The Ministry of Finance guides and coordinates the national government procurement information release, and supervises and manages the government procurement information release activities of central budget units in accordance with the relevant provisions of government procurement laws and administrative regulations. The financial departments of local people's governments at all levels (hereinafter referred to as the financial departments) shall supervise and manage the government procurement information release activities of the budget units at the corresponding level.

According to the provisions of Article 6 of the Measures for the Administration of Government Procurement Information Release, the Ministry of Finance shall supervise and manage the government procurement network of China. The financial departments at the provincial level (autonomous regions, municipalities directly under the central government and cities under separate state planning) shall supervise and manage the provincial sub-networks of China government procurement network.
