How to apply for housing subsidy in Xiamen

Housing subsidy application process: 1, apply to the neighborhood office where the household registration is located; 2, to the street office to receive the street office issued by the "city and county lowest income families with housing difficulties rental subsidy qualification certificate"; 3. Rent a house in the housing rental market by yourself, and go to the Housing Authority of the district where the house is located for housing rental registration after signing the lease contract; 4. Apply for rental subsidies at the district committee office where the household registration is located; 5. Go to the District Committee Office where the household registration is located to receive the bank savings passbook opened by the Municipal Housing Insurance Office for the applicant.

"Interim Measures for Social Assistance" Article 3 The civil affairs department of the State Council shall co-ordinate the construction of the national social assistance system. The State Council civil affairs, emergency management, health, education, housing and urban construction, human resources and social security, medical security and other departments are responsible for the corresponding social assistance management according to their respective responsibilities. The departments of civil affairs, emergency management, health, education, housing and urban construction, human resources and social security, medical security and other departments of the local people's governments at or above the county level shall be responsible for the corresponding social assistance management within their respective administrative areas. The administrative departments listed in the preceding two paragraphs are collectively referred to as social assistance management departments.
