How to cancel Alipay mailbox verification?

Alipay email has been verified and needs to be cancelled: first use the email account as Alipay account to retrieve the login password, then log in Alipay account to cancel Alipay account, and then re-register the verification information after cancellation.

To retrieve Alipay login password:

1. Open the Alipay homepage login interface and click Login;

2. After the login interface comes out, click the forgot login password below;

3. Automatically jump to the interface of resetting login password, enter the account number and verification code according to the prompt, and click Next;

4. Choose the most convenient reset method according to your own situation. The manual service reset needs to submit the ID card picture, and the processing time is 48 hours. It is faster and more convenient to modify the mobile phone immediately after receiving the verification SMS. Here, directly select the SMS mobile phone for verification and then click Reset Now at the back;

5. Click to receive the verification code, enter the received verification code into the input box, and click Next;

6. Enter a new login password to take effect. After taking effect, you can log in with the new login password.

To cancel Alipay:

1. Log in to Alipay Personal Help Center;

2. Drop down to the bottom and click All Self-service-Account Self-service-Account Cancellation;

3. Click to display the following interface, read the termination agreement, check Agree, and then click Next;

4. According to the system prompt, enter the required information step by step and log off directly.
