Every day from 7: to 1: and from 15: to 2: , passenger cars with motor vehicle license plates from other provinces and cities, passenger cars with temporary driving license plates, taxi cars without passengers and passenger cars driven by drivers during internship are prohibited (except Saturdays, Sundays and national holidays):

■ North-South Elevated Road (Huma Road to Luban Interchange);

■ Yixian elevated road (full line);

■ humin elevated road (whole line);

■ Central Road (the whole line);

■ Huaxia elevated road (whole line);

■ luoshan elevated road (whole line);

■ elevated road in the resort (from Zhonghuan Road to Xiupu Road);

■ Inner ring elevated road (except the sections from the entrance of Zhongshan North Second Road in the inner ring to the exit of Jinxiu Road and the entrance of Jinxiu Road in the outer ring to the exit of Huangxing Road);

■ nanpu bridge;

■ Lupu Bridge;

■ Yan 'an East Road Tunnel.

2. On the elevated roads (urban expressways) not listed in this circular, the traffic management measures for the above passenger cars shall be implemented according to the traffic signs and markings set on the roads.
