Smart Life App failed to bind Huawei router.

After Smart Life App configures the router, the binding failed. Can refer to the following steps to solve:

1. First, make sure that the router network is normal. If the network is poor or the network speed is slow, the registration may fail.

2. Please ensure that your router is used as the primary route. If it is used as a slave route, the routing card will not be displayed on the homepage of Smart Life App after configuration, and it is impossible to manually add a route.

Note: The method to judge whether the router is the master router: the Internet access method needs to be broadband account access (PPPoE), automatic IP address acquisition (DHCP) and static IP.

3. The mobile phone is connected to the router WiFi at close range to ensure the stability of the mobile phone network. If the mobile phone is far away from the router, the signal is poor, or the mobile phone roams and switches during device registration, the registration will fail.

4. If the registration fails when binding to 99%, it is recommended to modify DNS.

● Connect the mobile phone/computer to the router Wi-Fi, enter192.168.3.1in the browser, and log in to the router Web configuration interface. Change my preferred DNS server to114.14.14.114 and try again after changing the standby DNS server to 8.8.8.8.
