This police type is directly under the Ministry of Transport and is responsible for the safety of inland shipping in my country, mainly the Yangtze River and Yellow River; (5) Judicial police: such as prison guards, bailiffs (executive police of prosecutors and court agencies); (6) Forestry police: usually said "Forest Police", under the dual leadership of the Ministry of Forestry and the Ministry of Public Security; (7) National Security Police: Police from the National Security Bureau, similar to the FBI; (8) Anti-smuggling Public Security: Customs Police, under the dual leadership of the Ministry of Public Security and the General Administration of Customs; ( 9) Firefighting, border defense, security, and armed police officers. 2. Armed Police Force, referred to as the Armed Police: (1) Armed Police Internal Security Force, including mobile troops and special service forces; (2) Armed Police Forest Force, an armed police force under the dual leadership of the Armed Police Headquarters and the State Forestry Administration; (3) Armed Police Golden Force, The Armed Police is under the dual leadership of the Armed Police Headquarters and the National Gold Industry Corporation-National Gold Industry Administration; (4) the Armed Police Hydropower Force, which is the Armed Police under the dual leadership of the Armed Police Headquarters and the Ministry of Water Resources; (5) although border defense, firefighting, and security belong to the Armed Police sequence , but it is under the jurisdiction of the Ministry of Public Security.

Legal basis: Article 2 of the "People's Police Law of the People's Republic of China" The tasks of the people's police are to safeguard national security, maintain social order, and protect citizens' personal safety, personal freedom and legal property , protect public property, prevent, stop and punish illegal and criminal activities. The people's police include the people's police of public security organs, national security organs, prisons, and reeducation through labor management institutions, and the judicial police of the people's courts and people's procuratorates.
