If the fee is not deducted for three consecutive months, the system will no longer automatically deduct the fee every month and stop sending short messages. After the system automatically deducts the fee, the SMS service can be resumed. Customers can open SMS service through counter, personal online banking and personal bank payment, and only need to pay monthly usage fee. After the arrears are paid successfully, the SMS service can be resumed.
