When and how to check the query time of CET-6 results?

CET-6 (also known as CET-6) is a national examination set, charged and organized by the state, which is used to evaluate candidates' English ability. It is held twice a year.

As a national teaching test, CET-6 is sponsored by the Ministry of Education of People's Republic of China (PRC) and held twice a year. From June, 2005, 5438+ 10, out of 7 10. Candidates whose test scores are above 220 will be sent by the National College English Band 6 Examination Committee entrusted by the Ministry of Education of People's Republic of China (PRC). From June 5438+ 10, 2007, CET-6 will no longer accept students who are not in school.

The State Education Commission stipulated in the Notice on Approving Two College English Syllabuses for Science and Engineering Undergraduates and Liberal Arts Undergraduates that students who have completed CET-4 and CET-6 should be given a unified standard examination. The CET-6 is designed according to this regulation.

The purpose of the examination is to comprehensively evaluate whether the students who have completed the CET-6 have reached the objectives stipulated in the syllabus. This kind of test belongs to the norm reference test related to the criterion, which is based on the outline, but at the same time it reflects the normal distribution of the candidates as a whole.

The syllabus points out that the purpose of college English teaching is to cultivate students' strong reading ability, certain listening ability (the syllabus for science and engineering also stipulates certain translation ability) and preliminary writing and speaking ability, so that students can use English as a tool to obtain the information they need for their majors and lay a good foundation for further improving their English level.

To this end, this exam mainly examines students' language use ability, and also examines students' mastery of word usage and grammatical structure.

In view of the fact that the two college English syllabuses are "parallel, basically the same in teaching purposes, teaching requirements, teaching arrangements and other major aspects", in order to facilitate the implementation of the examination, the CET-6 adopts a unified examination paper of the examination syllabus, and the examination content contains the same parts of the two syllabuses.

In order to ensure the reliability of the test paper, most of the test questions are in the form of objective multiple-choice questions. However, in order to better assess students' language use ability and improve the validity of the test paper, the test paper also includes two parts: comprehensive error correction and essay writing.

This exam will be held regularly before the end of the semester, and will be implemented by the CET-4 and CET-6 design team.
