Specifically:

1. For residential users who have installed "one household, one meter", the ladder electricity price is divided into three grades according to the annual electricity consumption.

2. Residents who choose the time-of-use electricity price of peak and valley shall implement the ladder electricity price according to the total electricity consumption of peak and valley, and the first peak and valley electricity price shall still be implemented at 0.568 yuan and 0.288 yuan per kWh.
