Incorrect debit card transaction passwords entered three times in a day in various trading channels will be locked. The solution is as follows:

1. If you have registered your personal bank account and remember the correct password, please log in to the bank account and click "My Account → Bank Card Number to be Unlocked → Password Unlock" to unlock it;

2. If you are not registered as a personal banker or forget the correct password, please ask the cardholder to bring a valid ID card and bank card, and you can unlock or reset the password at any branch of our bank.

Tips: For the safety of your funds and information, please don't tell others your bank account number and password in any way.

If the credit card payment password is entered incorrectly for three consecutive times, it will be locked. You can modify or unlock the payment password by the following steps:
