Recently, the domestic epidemic has rebounded, and the situation of epidemic prevention and control is still grim. In order to do a good job in the prevention and control of epidemic situation in the city and ensure the safe and orderly development of medical services in our hospital, combined with the requirements of prevention and control at higher levels and the current reality, our hospital has implemented the Provisions on Prevention and Control of Epidemic Situation in Wartime, and the warm tips are as follows:

First, outpatient treatment

1. Please prepare the hygiene code in advance, take the initiative to take your temperature, wear a mask correctly during the whole process, and keep the epidemic prevention and control requirements such as "one-meter line".

2. Cooperate with the epidemiological history investigation, actively inform the medical staff whether they have lived in the middle-high risk area and its related areas in the past 14 days, and actively report whether they have COVID-19-related manifestations such as fever, dry cough, fatigue, decreased sense of smell and taste, sore throat and diarrhea, as well as the close contact history of relevant risk personnel, which shall not be concealed.

3. Fever patients and people with abnormal health codes should go to the fever clinic according to the requirements and guidelines of the medical staff at the pre-inspection triage office.

4. Strictly abide by the treatment process. Outpatients are forbidden to go to the inpatient ward for treatment.

5. All take-away and courier personnel are not allowed to be admitted to the hospital.

6. All vehicles entered the hospital, and all the vehicles were scanned for temperature measurement.

Second, the hospital management

1. Inpatients and their caregivers must undergo COVID-19 nucleic acid test, and only when the result is negative can they go through the admission formalities.

2. Strictly implement the hospitalization and escort management system and refuse to visit. If there is no need for escort, the escort personnel shall be fixed, and "one person and one escort" shall be implemented, and they shall not enter or leave at will.

3. Patients and caregivers pay attention to their own health status during hospitalization, actively cooperate with daily health monitoring, and may not conceal or lie about their health status.

4. Patients and caregivers should wear masks, wash their hands frequently, do not gather, keep a social distance of more than 1 m, pay attention to cough etiquette, develop good hygiene habits, and avoid cross infection.

Third, the instructions for coming to the hospital

All consultation rooms in our hospital are managed by "one person and one consultation room". Please keep the distance between the waiting area and all window queues at 1 m!
