6. Primary school students in lower grades shall not be isolated separately, and must be accompanied by their parents. In principle, they should be isolated at home.

7. Strengthen the management of residential areas, and do not occupy, block or close fire exits.

8. If it is really necessary to take sealing control measures, it is necessary to accurately delimit, quickly seal control and quickly solve it, and it is not allowed to expand the sealing control area or extend the sealing control time at will.

9. If the sealed control unit and building cannot be sealed, the materials necessary for life shall be guaranteed in time.

16.
