Residents who need to go out for medical treatment and other special needs can enter and leave the community with the consent of their village.

3. Primary and secondary schools in the above areas carry out online teaching and suspend the custody of nursery schools; Catering units suspend in-class meals and encourage self-help and take-away ordering services.

4. In the above areas, except for the party and government organs and village organizations, public service enterprises such as water, electricity, fuel, gas, communications, health, grain, oil, meat and vegetables supply, industrial enterprises with closed-loop production conditions and construction sites that undertake important production tasks, the rest enterprises work at home. In addition to supermarkets, pharmacies, medical institutions, fresh express delivery, e-commerce distribution and catering enterprises that guarantee the basic needs of residents, other business premises and stores are closed. Employees must hold a negative nucleic acid certificate within 24 hours.
