How to intercept malicious web pages and pop-up advertisements in win1 browser

method 1: enable the pop-up blocker.

step:

open the control panel, left-click and double-click: Internet options;

in the opened Internet properties window, click Privacy. Under the Privacy tab, click Enable Pop-up Blocker (b) and tick it.

Click: Settings again to open the pop-up blocker settings window. We can see that the pop-up window has been blocked at present (we can set a specific website to be added to the table below to allow pop-up windows from this site), and in the default notification and blocking level, the notification bar is displayed when pop-up windows are blocked (n) and in the blocking level (b), most automatic pop-up windows are blocked; Click again: Close;

go back to the privacy tab window of the nternet property and click: Apply-OK.

click ok to return to the nternet properties window, and then click ok.
