1. Retrieve the account password through company data verification.

Open Alipay, enter the page to retrieve the payment password, upload a copy of the business license according to the page prompts, indicate the business to be handled and affix the official seal, and wait for the customer service phone to return to ask questions for review. If the question is answered correctly, it is basically completed. If the answer is incorrect, the customer service staff will usually ask for more information for review.

2. Retrieve the account password through the "security question+email" verification.

Log in to Fu Bao Service Hall, click Customer Service-Self-Service-Reset Login Password, select the mode of "Pass Security Questions+Email", answer security questions and verify the email according to the page prompts, and reset the password after the security questions are answered correctly and the email is verified successfully.
