Now many intersections in the city have installed electronic surveillance cameras. When the vehicle enters the no-stop area, the camera will automatically take a photo. If the vehicle leaves within 5 minutes, the photos will be automatically deleted. Otherwise, the camera will capture the second photo, and then upload these two photos to the penalty system, and then the system will send a text message to the owner. In addition to electronic eye capture, illegal parking may also be caught by the traffic police on the spot. Generally speaking, people will leave quickly after being warned by the traffic police and will not be punished. But if people are not in the car and don't drive away in time, they will receive a ticket from the traffic police. After receiving the ticket, the owner needs to pay the fine at the designated place in time, otherwise there will be a late payment fee of 3% every day.

(a) if the fine is not paid at the due date, it shall be punished at 3% of the fine amount every day.
